"Top-notch customer support"
The website is super user-friendly. Delivery was quick and everything was packed nicely. They’ve got an awesome range of Californian wines that you don’t always find in other places in the UK. We ran into a small problem with one bottle in our order. I shot an email to Pacific Wines, and they sent a replacement the very next day. Honestly, you can't ask for better customer service. My experience with this company has been outstanding, and I’ll definitely be placing another order soon.

I called off my order, yet Pacific Wines continues to withdraw cash from my account. The company doesn’t reply to emails and there’s no phone number to reach them. It’s super frustrating, and they owe me around £250.

This was my first time using the site - We ordered six bottles of wine and paid for all six - but only five showed up - there's no way to call someone directly to sort this out - so I shot off an email right away, but I haven't heard back yet - Dr. John Brennan

"DELIVERY ISSUES WITH MY WINE"
I received my premium Californian Syrah, meant for my cellar, and it showed up damaged. Graham Gilbert, the Director of Pacific Wines, hardly tried to fix the problem and was pretty tough about it. I was looking forward to this being the first of many purchases from them, but not anymore. I can just picture the Director rolling his eyes at this review and not paying it much mind. His emails were a letdown. As he put it, 'I now consider this closed.'
